"Positives - hosts were very nice & helpful. Arranged for our grandchildren to feed the alpacas on Christmas Eve. Property was warm & lots of hot water. Negatives - when you approached it was like driving into a builders yard. There were piles of rubbish & debris all over. Outside The Den was very uncared for - weeds.moss & leaves all over so very slippy under foot. It needs a good tidy up. First impressions are important & it wasn’t a good one ! "
